Solar Site Study Yona
Site study for solar development
2cofly utilized LiDAR sensing technologies to capture data throughout this site. This provided the developers a clear understanding of their potential development including challenges and opportunities. Their alternative would have been to either use low-resolution, outdated satellite data or hire an expensive surveyor to capture data manually.
Using drones, we scanned and processed 100 acres of land within a week - a turnaround time that is unheard of! Another aspect of this project was the fact that the developers didn't need to use the data in any official capacity so they didn't need to involve a surveyor or had a need for ground control points. All this saved them enormous costs and most importantly time.
2cofly is a full service drone service provider in Guam and Micronesia. Our company has two primary focus areas: construction and education.
We work primarily with construction and engineering firms and offer:
Orthomosaic Mapping (+ Planimetric Mapping)
Topographic Mapping (via LiDAR & photogrammetry)
General LiDAR Mapping (land feasibility study, power line, etc)
Aerial Inspection
Aerial Magnetometry (underground metal detection)
Part 107 education and drone training
Our drone deliverables, however, benefit a multitude of industries, including insurance, architecture, government, military, archaeology and more. Let's discuss how we can help you!
