2cofly has earned FAA approval for Operations Over People and Moving Vehicles with drones up to 21 lbs — a waiver granted to fewer than 5% of applicants. This rare authorization allows safe flights above people and vehicles, expanding possibilities for construction, mapping, emergency response, and media across Guam and Micronesia.

2cofly partnered with the University of Guam’s NASA Guam Space Grant to train Cohort 5 students for FAA Part 107 drone certification. All 13 participants gained critical knowledge in drone operations, flight safety, and real-world applications, marking the first 100% pass rate in program history and strengthening Guam’s growing community of certified drone pilots.
